Should I get the Big or Jumbo size reflector?
The Jumbo size was created in response to a demand for the
largest reflector that would reasonably fit on a flash. It is a
style option; the lighting from the Big and Jumbo are the same.
It remains an extremely popular item for both the Flip-it! and
the Demb Diffuser.
Do I need a custom strap for my flash?
No, the Flip-it! is now supplied with a stretch strap which
fits all size flashes from small to handle-mount.
What do I do if the reflector breaks?
The hinge corners have been sanded to avoid breaking through
the plastic. To ensure maximum life of your reflector panel, it is
suggested that you grasp the hinge rather than the panel when setting
the angle. Reflectors may be easily replaced if necessary from the
order page.
What do I do if the reflector warps?
The reflector panel is made of semi-rigid vinyl and is stable
up to 120°. Care should be taken to avoid leaving it in full sun
on a hot day, on the dashboard of an automobile, or other situations
of extreme heat. If the panel warps, it may be easily restored
to flatness by taking it off and putting it in a pot of boiling
water for about 10 seconds.
How long does it take to get my product?
Every effort is made to ship your products the same day it
is ordered. Cut-off time for shipping is 3:30 pm EST or EDT. Packages
are shipped by First Class mail with the exception of Bracket orders,
which are shipped Priority. Next-day or 2nd-day Express is available

Why is it shown on the short edge of the flash?
To use Flip-it! or Demb Flash Diffuser on a flash that swivels
as well as rotates, mounting on the short edge allows pointing the
flash straight up for both horizontals and verticals.
Can I mount it on the back of the flash?
The base attachment is exremely flexible for mounting on
either the long side or short side of your flash.
Can I use it on a flash that does not swivel?
Yes, mount on the back of the flash for horizontal pictures
or use a bracket to allow for both horizontal and vertical pictures.
